We will discuss where you are currently, nutritionally. We will go through a comprehensive nutritional evaluation form to help refine your needs. We will then discuss your goals of optimizing your nutritional health moving forward. I will give you my nutritional recommendations and a plan to implement. We will then schedule a follow-up meeting to access progress and answer any further questions.
